CMA Super Matrix Supporting Full OTA Upgrades
Preface is the first A-Class sedan to be equipped with OTA (Over The Air) sustainable function upgrade system, thanks to the technologically advanced electrical and electronic architecture of CMA Super Matrix.
Preface is equipped with 12.3-inch full LCD instrumentation and 12.3-inch high-definition center control screen. In addition to supporting OTA cloud upgrades, the entire car is equipped with APP remote control system, GKUI GKUI intelligent ecosystem, cell phone smart Bluetooth key, voice intelligent interactive assistant and other configurations, with a strong sense of technology. Equipped with Volvo 2.0T power
Preface is equipped with Volvo Drive-E series 2.0TD engine + 7DCT combination, the maximum power of the engine is 190 hp, peak torque 300 Nm. Meanwhile, thanks to the CMA architecture, it adopts MacPherson front suspension, E-type multilink independent rear frame, ZF DP-EPS steering assist system, ITT brake pads, and long-stroke damper, etc., which has strong grip and good cornering maneuverability.
New design language and eye-catching wide-body styling
Preface styling draws on the design of the concept car unveiled at the 2019 Shanghai Motor Show. The front face adopts a new “cosmic echo of energy ripples” front grille, straight waterfall grille trim, coupled with three-segment pulsating daytime running lights and the two sides of the powerful headlamps, comprehensively enhance the Preface’s sporty and technological sense.
There is a special design on the side of the body, that is, from the front face of the “cosmic reverberation of energy ripples” front grille extends to the side of the body contour line, constituting a “sling shot” swing design, from the rear-view mirror and extends to the A-pillar, visually highlights a good sense of power.
