Exterior Dimensions
The whole vehicle size of Changan Star 9 EV is 4430mm in length, 1655mm in width and 1950mm in height, which is more flexible compared with the mainstream microfacility. Drivers and friends will often pass through some urban villages and congested roads in the daily delivery process. Changan Star 9 EV has a smaller turning radius and higher flexibility, which makes it more passable, and that’s where its advantages lie.
Although the body is slightly small, but Changan Star 9 EV’s loading space is not small, its cargo volume up to 4.8m, the performance is very outstanding.
In terms of exterior, the entire vehicle design of Changan Star 9 EV is stylish and clean, with a multi-span + chrome center grille, together with a trapezoidal air intake grille, giving the vehicle an extra sense of hierarchy. Both sides of the headlights adopt one-piece design, and there is Changan LOGO logo inside the lampshade, which proves that Changan Kaicheng is attentive to the details.
At the same time, Changan Star 9EV is equipped with fast charging and slow charging as standard, and the fast charging port is designed on the right side of the body, while the slow charging port is hidden under the Changan Kaicheng logo.
Interior
The two-tone color scheme gives the Changan Star 9 EV’s center console a plain and elegant look, with large buttons for the radio and knob-type air conditioning controls, allowing the driver to easily make adjustments while driving. The instrument panel adopts an LCD display, making it easy to grasp information on various parameters such as battery level, driving range and voltage and current, even when driving at night in poor light.
The Changan Star 9 EV is designed with multiple storage compartments on both door panels and directly in front of the passenger, making it easy for the driver to store logistics documents, cell phones and other belongings. In addition, two larger water cup holders are designed directly in front of the gear handle for easy access by drivers.
Changan Star 9 EV adopts a folio tailgate design, with an opening angle of nearly 180°, which means that the car can be closer to the warehouse platform or steps and other places, which greatly facilitates the entry and exit of people and goods into and out of the cargo compartment. The bottom of the cargo compartment adopts a non-slip design to ensure the stability and safety of cargo transportation.
Power range
Changan Star 9 EV is equipped with Jiangxi Anchi’s 35.9kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, paired with a 55kW peak power permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the official NEDC range can reach 245km.
